Beever School is committed to ensuring that children have a voice within the school environment as part of our Rights Respecting Charter. Our School Council is peer elected and is comprised of two representatives from each class in Years 1-6.
Children took part in a whole school voting morning, where they voted for their class candidates after hearing their written manifestos.
The role of the School Council is to ensure that all children are involved in changes and improvements made within our school. Each elected member of the School Council has the responsibility to present the views of their class and to share the aims of the School Council. School Council members must act as role models within the school and wider community.
