At Beever Primary School, we believe effective communication with parents/carers is crucial to children’s happiness and success in school. In order to keep parents/carers up-to-date, we use an online app from Parentapps. This is free to download and is available for both Apple and Android devices. It provides instant access to our term dates, event information, newsletters, social media, website and much more. Additionally, parents/carers are able to view and submit consent forms easily and receive secure documents. The app also enables you to invite additional family members, ensuring that the right people have access to important information.
We use the app to send targeted messages via push notifications so parents/carers are not bombarded with messages that are not relevant. The app also works alongside School Money where quick, easy online payments for school dinners, trips, snack money and uniform can be made.
Signing up to Parentapp Connect is done automatically through the school as long as you have provided us with up-to-date contact details and consent. You are then, once your child has enrolled, sent a password to access the platform (you can change this after you have logged in).
The app is fully secure and UK GDPR compliant.
